Astro 서버 사이드에서 url hash를 취급하지 않는 이유

해시값이 있는 url로 접근해도 Astro.url.hash가 항상 빈 문자열로 출력되는 현상이 있다.

이는 hash는 브라우저를 위한 것으로 대신 query/search param을 사용하라고 권고하고 있다.
